Q. What does Modelique Model Management look for in a potential model?

• A healthy body and lifestyle.
• Pride in presentation.
• Confidence and enthusiasm.
• Parental consent if you are under 18 years of age.

Q. Does Modelique Model Management charge a joining fee?

A. No. Our models are selected purely based on their unique and elegant look. We take models on board who we believe have the potential to succeed. Reputable agencies should not charge a joining fee.

Q. If I am new to modelling, how do I know what to expect when getting work?

A. At Modelique Model Management we place prime importance on making our models feel comfortable in their work. Before a photoshoot, our models are breifed on tips, such as what the client is looking for, sample poses etc.

Before accepting a job, we inform you of all the information we can, so there are no nasty suprises, and you are well prepared and able to perform at your best.

Q. What if I want to change my appearance, say, a new hair colour?

A. Great! However you must inform Modelique Model Management of any physical changes you undergo so we can then update your profile and inform our clients.

Q. How does payment work?

A. Modelique Model Management is recognised for paying above average rates to all our models.

Payment for work is under an ABN arrangement. This means you are required to register for an ABN, rather than using your TFN for payment. It is free to register.

Q. What will hinder my chances of being accepted as a model, or cease my employment with Modelique Model Management?

A. Potenital Modelique Models are assessed on a number of factors prior to being officially hired as a Modelique Model. These assessments are in place to eliminate staff with a poor work ethic or who may dissapoint our clients in any way.

Due to our impeccable reputation and professional image we insist upon, any models found to appear in certain men's magazines which are considered 'poor taste' or which are sexually explicit will be removed immediately from Modelique's database without notice.

On a similar note, any staff who are known to perform as exotic dancers, strippers, escorts etc are also regarded as inappropriate for work with Modelique.

Any staff who demonstrate any behavioural issues such as being discourteous to clients, not following reasonable work instructions, turning up late for jobs, fittings etc, displaying poor presentation, or with unfavourible references from clients or agents will be removed from any future work opportunities with Modelique, without notice. 

Once a decision has been made to remove staff from work, there is no offer to re-instate or re-hire at any time.
